ViaPath Technologies is seeking a Business Development Account Executive to join our 2C Workforce Solutions team (2CWS). 2CWS, a ViaPath Technologies company, is a community staffing partner that focuses on temp, temp-to-perm and direct hire placements for second chance candidates. Position will be remote based with a requirement to travel up to 50% of the time, sometimes more depending on where clients and client prospects are located.  Must be based in the Southeast Region or Mid-Atlantic Region and have successful new business development experience specifically within the Atlanta metro area.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of 2CWS by identifying, pursuing, and closing new client employer partnerships; expand and increase 2CWSs market presence
  • Establish and execute a business development plan
  • Market 2CWSs differentiators in the marketplace highlighting its capabilities and tailored approach
  • Expand and retain existing client base
  • Actively source prospective clients utilizing a variety of outreach channels to include networking, cold calls, deploying marketing/email campaigns, acting on incoming referrals, attending networking events, community events and job fairs, community outreach initiatives, etc.
  • Guide clients through the 2CWS tailored model and approach; 2CSW is not a traditional staffing agency and the Account Executive will drive and highlight the differentiators and benefits to working with a niche community focused firm

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a focus on client relationship management or business development/new business generation
  • Must have business development or account management experience within the staffing industry 
  • Must be aligned and driven to the 2CWS Mission. Passionate about Second Chances and driven to be part of the transformational shift in finding employment opportunities for justice involved candidates
  • Proven sales history of qualifying and closing business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong customer relationship management, consultative and negotiation skills
  • Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to clients, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage and prioritize initiatives
  • Demonstrated proficiency in effectively collaborating, networking, cultivating business development, and building relationships with key stakeholders and prospects
  • Display self-motivation and initiative, consistently seeking out new opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Will attend meetings and job fairs at corrections facilities, community outreach events, industry related conferences, etc.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, sometimes more depending on where clients and client prospects are located
