ViaPath is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing sales team. The selected individual will be responsible for delivering against net revenue targets (renewal and upsell) across ViaPath ‘growth’ product categories with respect to accounts with the existing business.    This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the Central Region with a requirement to travel up to 75% of the time.

ViaPath is currently seeking a Tablet Repair Supervisor to join our growing team. The Tablet Repair Supervisor will be based at the customer site and will be responsible for supervising a team of currently incarcerated individuals within the NC Deptartment of Corrections.  The team is responsible for repairing, re-qualifying, and refurbishing ViaPath Android tablet computers including testing, component replacement and configuration broken tablets.   Position will be based at the customer site located in Burgaw, NC.

The Site Administrator is responsible for managing key functions of client process administration and operational support. They are also responsible for inputting all information required for inmate accounts, telephone call records and recording.   This position will be worked out of our Sacramento offices - Hybrid (3 days in Office, 2 days Home/Remote, per week).
